It is a terrible time for them, especially for their family and friends in the country.
Violence is never an answer and war is simply unacceptable.
ULB and VUB have expressed their solidarity with the Ukrainian people who are going through a tragedy and with the Russians who are openly against the war. Actions are organized by ULB and VUB to support all possible efforts for peace.
At IIHE, as in many other research institutions, we promote scientific collaboration around the world as a vector of peace.
